Lynn McGregor - Team leader
Lynn is an internationally recognised leader in the human aspects of corporate governance and executive leadership, with additional experience as NED and board adviser. Her published books and papers include "The Human Face of Corporate Governance" and she is a renowned keynote speaker. Educated as a psychologist and sociologist, Lynn augmented this by early association with advanced thinkers and leaders among the ANC to create a unique approach to human interaction, social and business responsibility.
One key skill is her ability to bring a group together and create a fertile environment for exploration, strategic thinking and cultivating a shared sense of purpose. She brings out the best in people, and is not afraid of serving the unpalatable truth in acceptable ways. Combining pragamatism with ethical judgement, she helps individuals and groups manage change and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
